Schedule I on Steam keeps saves on disk in the Unity LocalLow folder for TVGS. Each playthrough slot uses its own files inside the saves folder.
Steam Cloud mirrors AppID 3164500 data when enabled. For manual backup, copy the local saves folder with the game closed.

<username> is your Windows user name. Folder name includes a space in Schedule I. Steam userdata copy is at <SteamLibrary>\userdata\<SteamID>\3164500\remote, where <SteamLibrary> is your Steam folder and <SteamID> is your numeric Steam account folder. Close the game before copy to avoid locked files.
