Where Are Roblox Logs and Screenshots on Windows?
Roblox on Windows stores client logs under AppData Local and in-game screenshots under the Pictures library.

Roblox Player logs for Win32 installs live in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Roblox\logs. Microsoft Store installs use a package path under LocalState\logs instead.
Screenshots taken with Print Screen inside an experience are saved to Pictures\Roblox. The base install data lives in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Roblox\Versions with version numbered subfolders.

Shortcut is %localappdata%\Roblox\logs. Files are named like version_timestamp_Player_last.log plus Studio logs and bootstrapper logs. For Microsoft Store installs use %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\ROBLOXCorporation.ROBLOX_55nm5eh3cm0pr\LocalState\logs. Logs rotate, so copy them before relaunch when reporting a crash.

Created on first in-game Print Screen capture. Replace <username> with the Windows account name. Snipping Tool or GPU capture tools save elsewhere and will not appear here. If the folder is missing, take one in-game screenshot and check again.

Where are Roblox crash logs for a support report?
Open Run with Windows plus R, enter %localappdata%\Roblox\logs, sort by date, and attach the latest Player log plus any matching crash dump. Store installs should check the Packages LocalState logs path instead.
Why is my Pictures Roblox folder empty?
Only the built in Print Screen capture writes there. Captures from Windows Snipping Tool, Xbox Game Bar, OBS or Discord go to their own folders. Confirm the screenshot flash appeared in game before checking File Explorer.
