The Division 2 agent builds server-side plus local Ubisoft cache on PC.

The Division 2 is fully server-side for agents, builds and SHD levels. Local Ubisoft blobs cache account state and speed up loads, nothing more.
God-rolled loot cannot be backed up locally. Account security matters more than any folder.

Per-game cache blobs per account; safe to ignore for backup purposes. Enable two-step verification on the Ubisoft account instead. Graphics and keybinds live in Documents-side Division 2 folders.
