Where Does MilkyTracker Store Config?
MilkyTracker hidden config file in home with settings and recent modules on Linux.
Last updated
MilkyTracker keeps settings, recent modules and UI layout in a dotfile in your home directory, while songs are .xm modules in your own folders. Samples travel inside each module.
The config filename starts with a dot, so file browsers hide it by default. Copy it and the whole tracking setup moves machines in one file.
Where MilkyTracker stores this, by platform
~/.milkytracker_config
Single config file with settings and recent-module lists. Module .xm files live in your own song folders elsewhere. Show hidden files to see it, and copy it with MilkyTracker closed.
