Apple Intelligence keeps its models and indexes in protected system storage, not user-browsable folders. What you can reach are transparency reports and per-app data.

Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Apple Intelligence Report
The report shows on-device requests per app; export it from Settings. Model files themselves live in protected system storage (exact paths shift with macOS releases, so do not script against them). Private Cloud Compute requests never persist on Apple servers by design.
