Ludusavi keeps its config.yaml, game manifest and cache in a per-platform config folder, while actual backups land wherever you point them. Roots tell it which stores to scan: Steam, GOG, Epic and the rest.
The manifest knows 19,000-plus games and updates itself. Back up the config folder to preserve roots, schedules and custom game entries.
Where Ludusavi stores this, by platform

Holds config.yaml with backup paths and roots plus the manifest cache. Backups default under your chosen folder with per-game subfolders and mapping.yaml files. Copy the config folder to migrate settings; backup archives move separately.
