LightBurn keeps device profiles, cut libraries, art libraries, camera alignments and license state in per-OS app-data folders. Machine profiles matter more than prefs when tubes and lenses change.
Export device bundles before optics swaps and controller upgrades. Alignment captures redo slower than any backup restores.
Where LightBurn stores this, by platform
%APPDATA%\LightBurn
Prefs.ini plus device, art-library and camera files. Use File Bundles export for portable machine profiles. Close LightBurn before copying live prefs.

macOS settings mirror with the same bundle exports. Open through Finder Go to Folder.
