Lethal Company is a Unity game, so saves land in AppData LocalLow under the ZeekerssRBLX folder. There is no manual save option. The game autosaves into one of three profiles.
The practical consequence: with no Steam Cloud support, a dead drive means dead saves. Copy the folder elsewhere if your crew cares about its quotas.
