Where Are GTA V Save Files Located?

GTA V story saves live under Documents, in Rockstar Games, then GTA V, then Profiles. Inside is a folder with an 8 character hex name for your profile.
Actual saves are SGTA50000 through SGTA50015 in that folder, with .bak twins of overwritten slots. Settings and key bindings sit next to Profiles rather than inside it.

Applies to Rockstar, Steam and Epic copies. If Profiles is missing, start a new game and save once so the game creates it, then look again.
