Ferdium keeps service sessions, custom recipes, settings and persisted logins in per-OS app-data folders inherited from Franz. Every connected chat logs in here, not in browsers.
Back up recipes plus auth before reinstalls since services re-prompt 2FA aggressively. Server URLs for self-hosted services live in settings, not in memory.

Sessions, recipes and settings for desktop installs. Quit Ferdium fully before copying live session stores. Franz imports land in the same tree.
