On Windows, Disco Elysium saves live under LocalLow\ZAUM Studio\Disco Elysium\SaveGames. The folder is hidden by default with AppData, so open it through the Run dialog.

Back up the full SaveGames folder to preserve all slots. Steam Cloud can also hold copies, but the local folder remains the source for manual transfer.

Frequently asked questions

Why is AppData missing in Explorer?

AppData is hidden by default. Press Win plus R, paste the full path, and press Enter. Alternatively enable hidden items in Explorer View options.

How do I transfer saves to another PC?

Close the game on both PCs, copy SaveGames contents to matching path on the target, then launch once. If Cloud is on, let it sync after the first launch to avoid overwrite.
