Conan Exiles breaks the usual pattern by writing single-player saves into its own install folder rather than AppData. The whole world, character, buildings and thralls, lives in one SQLite file called game.db.
Online characters live on servers instead and need no backup. For solo and co-op, that one database file is everything, so copy it regularly.

Single-player world is game.db inside (Siptah maps use dlc_siptah.db, newer Enhanced builds use game_0.db). Right-click the game in Steam and Browse Local Files to jump there. Without admin rights Windows may redirect writes to %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore, so check there if the folder looks stale. Copy game.db with the game closed; one file carries the entire world.
