Adium files transcripts as XML logs per contact under Users, then Default, then Logs, in its Application Support folder. The in app transcript viewer reads the same tree.
Adium is unmaintained but still running on many old Macs. Copying the Adium 2.0 folder preserves accounts plus history in one move.
